Fluid Color’s R6 Flatbed Printers

The R6 stands for Ricoh’s Gen 6 print head which is a huge advancement in speed and drop size over the wildly popular Gen 5 head.  The head is nearly double the size and earns the operator nearly double the print speed while improving color quality and consistency.

The R6 range of printers come in 3 sizes:

• 3’x5′
• 4’x8′
• 5’x10′

Fluid Color machines have the final assembly done at their plant just outside of Cincinnati, Ohio.  You customize the colors (CMYK+W), if you want Varnish, and how many rows of print heads you want.  If you purchase a unit with one row of print heads but your production demands grow over time, you can simply order a set of heads and add a 2nd or 3rd row in the field.  It is one of the only units in the market which can grow with your growth!

Fluid Color offers a 2 year parts, 1 year labor warranty.  One of the very best in the industry.  The machines are easy to repair as the vast majority of fixes are simply snap-in and snap-out.  For the bigger problems, the Hasco service team will be onsite to get you back up and running.  There is no need for expensive service contracts.

These machines start at around $75,000 (single row, 5’x3′) and max out with a triple row 5’x10′ priced around $165,000.00
