Fluid Color’s “Z126” printer offers a number of ways to outfit this grand format production unit.  The unit has room for two rows of print heads varying from 2 to 10 print heads.  It also boasts a linear motor for smooth, quiet, and fast ink delivery.   When fully loaded with 10 print heads, the unit boasts a max print speed of over 3000sf/hour!!!!  In 6 pass you’ll realize over 1000sf/hour.  It is designed to fly!

The units have their final assembly in their plant just outside of Cincinnati, OH.  They boast one of the best warranties in the industry at 2 years of parts, 1 year of labor.  The vast majority of technical problems which arise can usually be fixed by the end user.  If a more severe issue persists, the Hasco technical services team will be on site to get things up and running.

A 2 head machine would utilize only one row with CMYK.  You can nearly double your production down the road by adding 2 more heads in the 2nd row!  You can stagger a white head if you do a lot of white under or over your colors providing some of the fastest white speeds in the industry.

Lastly, you can utilize a symmetrical array of heads – CMYK:WW:KYMC for the fastest speeds with minimal banding!
