Fluid Color’s Z Series flatbeds are the standard in flatbed production and quality.  Utilizing the giant Kyrocera print heads, this machine cranks out some serious speed with incredible color!

The Z Series machines come in 4×8, and 5×10 bed sizes and have the capacity to hold up to 10 print heads.   The all utilize the linear motor for the carriage drive.  Like many of the other Fluid Color devices, you can load this unit up with 1 or 2 rows of print heads.  This unit has the option for a symmetrical array of heads where you put in CMYK-WW-KYMC for incredible speed without banding.

Fluid Color machines have their final assemble done at their plant just outside of Cincinnati, Ohio.  You select the size and configuration and they go build them.  Like the other devices, if you order a machine with one row of print heads and your production demands increase, you can order another row of print heads to be added to your machine to increase your print speeds.

Fluid Color offers a 2 year parts, 1 year labor warranty.  one of the very best in the industry.  The machines are easy to repair as the vast majority of fixes are simply snap-in and snap-out.  For the bigger problems, the Hasco service team will be onsite to get you back up and running.  There is no need for expensive service contracts.

These Z Series machines start around $155,000 (single row CMYK) and top out with a two-row, symmetrical array, 10 head machine CMYK-WW-KYMC x2 which prices out at $230,000.00.
